- For hygiene reasons, exchanges are not accepted on earrings. 

- Exchanges are not accepted on personalised and made to order items.

- Should you require a repair, or replacement for a lost piece, please get in touch.

- Avoid direct sunlight and humidity.
- Remove your jewellery before going to bed. 
- Store your jewellery in an air tight box to avoid tarnishing.
